Awhi Origins

​​"Awhi" is a Te Reo Māori word that translates to "to embrace, hug, cuddle, cherish" it is a verb that implies love and care.

​

I started my pottery journey just before lockdown and, fuelled by the endless quest to find the perfect mug fell in love with creating unique and beautiful ceramics.

I hope they bring as much joy to you as they do me.​
